About Us
Our background
Integra Systems was established in 1991 by Paul Hughes before he was joined by his father, Russell and then later by his wife Erika. Together, they sought out global progressiveness in manufacturing, which they then cleverly adapted to the Australian market. Integra are a 100% Australian-owned enterprise located in Melbourne’s North, specialising in industrial product design and advanced manufacturing revolving around sheet metal based products. As multi-award winners, inductees into the Victorian Manufacturing Hall of Fame, leaders in Industry 4.0 (i4.0), and driven by the principles of a circular economy, Integra Systems has been delivering excellence in custom Australian made products, centred around sheet metal, for clients both globally and locally for over 30 years.
In 2016, Integra TransForm was launched as the proprietary division for Integra Systems, specialising in the design and manufacture of innovative, performance-enhancing products for commercial and industrial environments. Integra’s depth of knowledge in product development, sustainability and market dynamics means they’ve grown into an incubation hub for inspirational ideas that are then transformed into performance and circular-focused products. These incubation ideas have been launced into market ready products that deliver innovation for performance to transform and optimise your business.

Our commitment to quality and continuous improvement will enhance your experience with us and will ensure that our promise to ‘Make Your Vision Real’ is never compromised.
Circularity Ethos
Reducing our carbon footprint and waste minimisation is a vital consideration throughout Integra’s product design & development systems and our advanced manufacturing processes. This philosophy has been a key part of our operations since our foundation in 1991, and is now formally recognised as 'Circularity', contributing to a 'Circular Economy'. Circularity is more than just sustainability, it's a company ethos and entrenched into our company culture.
We believe in a Cradle 2 Cradle (C2C) philosophy, which means designing & manufacturing products in a way that at the end of their life, they can be reused, recycled or redeployed. In the end materials are never destroyed, they are given a new purpose - hence from cradle to cradle rather than cradle to death.
