If the product contains a defect in design, materials or workmanship and such product is returned to supplier within 5 years of delivery of the product to customer, the supplier will repair or replace the product or issue a credit for the purchase price of the product, with the choice of repair, replace or credit being within the sole discretion of supplier.

All BioSMART products have a 5 year warranty. Return shipping costs to be borne by the customer. Goods will either be repaired or re-worked. In the event a fatal diagnosis is reached, a full refund of the product will be provided, excluding freight costs.
